摘要
应用有限元软件ANSYS对钢管混凝土(CFST)叠合柱在火灾条件下的温度场分布进行模拟计算,通过在CFST叠合柱表面建立表面效应单元,并建立温度节点模拟火源点,通过效应单元建立火源与柱之间的热量传递;在此基础之上,进一步分析受火时间、受火面、钢管厚度截面尺寸及位置系数等因素对柱截面温度场的影响规律,为进一步分析高温下CFST叠合柱的温度场分布规律及力学性能提供参考。
Temperature Field distribution of Concrete Steel Tube Composite Columns can be simulated by using ANSYS finite element analysis software Analysis method of Temperature field distribution ean be established as follows: at first, the surface effect elements are created in the CFST composite columns surface; secondly the temperature nodes are established around CFST composite columns, the surface effect elements can be used to imitate the thermal transmission between fire source and column surface. Based on the assumption, the effects of four parameters such as burning time, surfaces exposure to fire, thickness of steel tube, dimensions of cross section and position coefficient on the temperature field are analyzed. The work in this paper makes it possible for the further researches on the-behaviors and fire resistance of conerete filled steel tubes composite columns.
