摘要
通过对雌性大鼠皮下注射硫酸镍，研究镍对雌性大鼠生殖功能的影响。结果表明，镍对雌鼠卵巢的蓄积作用较弱；３．０ｍｇ／ｋｇＮｉＳＯ４组雌鼠的动情周期延长，孕酮（Ｐ）分泌下降，雌二醇（Ｅ２）、黄体生成素（２Ｈ）及卵泡刺激素（ＦＳＨ）的释放均无明显影响；１．５ｍｇ／ｋｇＮｉＳＯ４组对动情及上述性腺激素均无影响。
In this paper the effect of nickel on reproductive function in female rats were studied using perttoneal injection of nickel sulfate within a shortterm.The result showed that it was weak to accumulate nickel in ovary.Estrous cycle was lengthened and progesterone(p) was decreased,but estradiol(E),folliclestimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) did not change in high dose nickel group.Wheresas estrous cycle and sex hormone did not change in low dose nickel group.
