摘要
刺梨利康饮是本室以刺梨汁为主要原料研制的排重金属饮料。Wistar大鼠每日1次腹腔注射15mg/kg二氯化锰后制成锰中毒模型,根据血锰水平随机分为单纯锰中毒组、饮用利康饮组和每日1次腹腔注射120mg/kg对氨基水杨酸钠(PAS-Na)组,另设空白对照组。结果发现:锰中毒可增加机体锰负荷量和升高体内铜含量,降低体内锌含量;利康饮可显著增加粪锰排出量,降低血清和脑组织锰含量,并可补充血清和脑组织锌的含量;而PAS-Na虽有排锰效果,但无补充微量元素作用。结果表明:刺梨利康饮具有一定排锰效果,降低机体的锰负荷,并具有补充微量元素的作用。
Rosa roxburghii tratt Likangyin is a kind of heavy metalseliminating drinkables developed by us and Rosa roxburghii tratt juice is one of its main raw and processed materials.Wistar rats were prepared to be manganese intoxicated models by giving intraperitoneally MnCl 2·4H 2O(15 mg/kg) daily and ten were divided randomly according to blood manganese levels into 3 equal groups:manganese poisoning group;drinking Likangyin group and the group of giving intraperitoneally sodium paminosalicylate(PASNa)(120 mg/kg) daily.Another group of nonmanganese treated rats was also observed as negative control.The results demonstrated that the increases of body's manganese and copper contents and the decreases of body's zine contents were found in manganese intoxicated rats.Likangyin could increase the excretion of excrements manganese and decrease the contents of serum and brain manganese.The contents of serum and brain zine in manganese poisoning rats were raised by Likangyin.PASNa was effective in eliminating manganese,but it has no effect of replenishing trace elements.The experiment suggested that Likangyin was effective in eliminating manganese and in decreasing body's manganese burden and played a role in replenishing trace elements.
