摘要
目的应用超声应变及应变率技术研究正常人左心室心肌应变及应变率变化规律.方法应用定量组织多普勒技术对40例正常人左室各节段心肌进行应变和应变率定量分析.结果应变在前壁、前间隔、后间隔、侧壁、后壁表现为自基底段到心尖段逐渐递减,在下壁各节段间无显著性差异,后间隔应变最高;同一室壁不同节段显著性差异明显大于不同室壁的同等节段;应变率在不同室壁的同等节段显著性差异存在于中间段和心尖段.结论应变和应变率曲线中,无论在同一室壁不同节段还是在不同室壁同一节段上可能并无规律一致的分布模式.
Objective To investigate strain and strain rate of left ventricle wall in normal healthy subjects. Methods Forty healthy adults were enrolled in the study, the strain and strain rate were compared among the basal, middle and apex segments and among the different walls. Results Strain were decreasing from basal to apex segment in anterior wall, anterior septal, post septal, lateral wall and post wall. There was no significant difference in inferior wall. Post septal strain value was the highest in all left ventricular walls. The significant difference in same wall of the different segments is more significant than the same segment of the different walls. The significant difference of strain rate in the same segment of the different walls was present in the mid and apex segment. Conclusion Whatever in same wall of the different segments or the same segment in the different walls perhaps there is no clear regular distribution model. [Key words]
