摘要
文章阐述高职教育发展的现状、高职特色化发展的内涵,从高职院校的师资队伍、硬件设施、软件环境、专业建设、人才培养等方面建设入手,提出高职教育特色化发展的战略设想,分析了特色化发展应注意把握的问题。
This article expounds the current situation of vocational education＇s development, the connotationof vocational college＇s specialization development, puts forward the strategic conceive of the specialization development of vocational education and analyses the issue should grasp in it from teaching group, hardware requirements, software environment, specialty construction to talents education aspects.
