摘要
从浐灞流域水资源现状出发,对浐灞流域2020年和2030年水平年不同保证率50%、75%、95%下水资源进行供需平衡预测,找出平衡缺口是解决浐灞流域水问题的关键。通过对浐灞流域供需水预测,客观评价了浐灞流域面临的严峻水资源形势,在此基础上分别进行了基于现状供水能力、节水措施下的两次平衡计算,并阐述了浐灞流域水资源供需平衡矛盾的对策,为水资源合理配置和探讨相应的节水政策提供了科学基础依据。
According to the current situation of water resources, this paper carried out the analysis of the level year of 2020 and 2030 with the different assuring rates of 50%, 75%and 95%. The balance gap was the key to solve the water issues in Chanba Basin. Through the forecasting calculation of supply and demand, the grim situation of water resources in Chanba Basin was objectively evaluated. Based on the current situation of water supply capacity and the two times balance calculation under water-saving measures, the paper expounded the countermeasures for balancing supply and demand of water resources. The scientific foundation can be provided for the rational allcation of water resources and related water-saving policies.
