摘要
防水加固一直是困扰深部斜井施工的一个重要课题,要求既能保证工程质量和进度,又不对原有岩石构成破坏针对1261~961深部斜井地质条件,对深部涌水量增大时应采取的防水措施进行了研究和分析,文章重点阐述了锚注工艺流程、材料设备、施工措施,并用数值模拟软件UDEC模拟分析了注浆技术的关键因数,研究水泥浆液比例与注浆压力对浆液扩散范围的影响。
The treatment to water-control is the serious problem of deep incline well driving. The treatment measure is required to meet the quality and schedule demand of project, and the wall rock can't be destroyed. According to 1261-961 deep incline well geology, condition, the waterproof measures were studied and analysed when deep water flow was heavy. The paper had a detail introduction on the processing, material, equipment, construction measures for the bolt and grouting technology. With the numerical simulation software and UDEC simulation, the key factors of the grouting technology were analysed. The water and cement ratio and grouting pressure affecting grouting slurry diffusion were studied to have a help for future construction.
