摘要
碘酸钾是一种广泛用于加碘食品、营养品和补碘制剂的微量有效成分、文章介绍了一种灵敏、快速测定微量碘酸钾的分析方法。在由淀粉试液和适量硫酸组成的混合介质中,碘酸钾与碘化钾反应.使溶液颜色变蓝,然后在570nm处测定其吸光度。与吸光度呈线性的碘酸钾浓度范围为(0.2~2.4)μg/ml(r=0.9996),检测下限为0.1μg/ml,摩尔吸光系数为6.69×104、该法用于三种药物中碘酸钾分析,结果满意。
Potassium iodate (KIO3 ) is a kind of trace-effective composition widely used in the iodated food, nutriments and preparations replenishing iodium. A sensitive and rapid method for the determination of trace potassium iodate was developed. In the mixed medium composed of starch test solution and the adequate sulphuric acid, potassium iodate reacted with potassium iodide test solution, and the colour of this solution became blue. The absorbance was determined at 570 nm. The concentration of KIO3 was linear to the absorbance in the range from 0. 2 μg/ml to 2. 4 μg/ml (r =0. 999 6). The detecting limit of KIO3 was 0. 1 μg/ml. The molar ahsorptivity was 6. 69 ×104. The results of analysing three kinds of medicines were satisfactory.
