摘要
本文从自主创新角度研究创新型城市建设问题，通过对自主创新力与创新型城市的内涵界定，分析了自主创新力与创新型城市的作用机理，得出“提高自主创新力，构建创新型城市”是推进城市跨越式发展的战略选择，并就实施“提高自主创新力，构建创新型城市”提出了基本思路。
