AF和羟基磷灰石骨水泥椎体灌注成形术治疗胸腰椎骨折附12例报告 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价应用AF和羟基磷灰石骨水泥椎体灌注成形术治疗胸腰椎骨折的疗效。方法对12例胸腰椎不稳定骨折进行后路AF复位内固定后经伤椎椎弓根灌注入羟基磷灰石骨水泥。结果平均随访13个月,椎体前后缘高度由术前的平均47.7%和88.8%增加到术后的平均96.8%和97.3%;末次随诊时,椎体的前后缘高度平均为96.7%和97.1%;cobb角由术前的平均310到术后的平均5.20,骨水泥无外渗,内固定无松动及断裂现象。结论应用后路AF复位内固定胸腰椎骨折,同时经伤椎椎弓根灌注羟基磷灰石骨水泥,提供了三柱的即刻稳定性,防止了术后椎体的塌陷,减少了由此造成的并发症。
