我国奥运优势项目体操人力资源的有效管理 被引量:9

摘要 采用问卷调查、访谈等研究方法,对我国奥运优势项目体操行政管理体制、专业管理人员、运动员队伍建设、运动员后备人才培养等进行研究。认为:我国体操项目的行政管理体制、管理制度保障总体上是有效的,国家体操高级管理人员的核心作用显著,运动员队伍建设的指导思想及后备人才培养体系行之有效。但我国体操项目管理人员的综合素质有待提高,运动员的选拔与输送机制、运动员的教育与保障、教练员的考核制度等尚需不断完善和改进。 The research methods of questionnaire, interview etc. were used to do research on the administrative system, professional managing staff, construction of gymnast rank, cultivation of gymnasts' reserve talents etc. of the Chinese gymnastic events dominant in the Olympic Games. It considered that the protection of administrative management system and managing institution to gymnastic events of our country was effective in the mass, the core role of high-ranking staff managing national gymnastics was remarkable, the guiding ideology for the construction of gymnast rank and the system of reserve talent cultivation were effectual. But the comprehensive quality of the staff managing gymnastic events in our country remained to be improved, the selection, transportation, education and safeguard of gymnasts, check-up system of coaches etc. still needed to be continuously perfected and improved.
