汽车转向节成形过程数值模拟及模具设计 被引量:1

摘要 在对汽车转向节成形工艺分析的基础上,制定其成形工艺路线。利用有限元分析软件Msc.SuperForm模拟了该零件的压弯成形过程。根据模拟结果,分析比较了几种成形工艺的特点,并综合压弯成形后坯料预锻成形过程的模拟,最终确定了合理的成形方案,进行了压弯、预锻及终锻的模具设计。 With analysis of auto connecting rod forming process, the forming technology has been decided. The bend forming process has been simulated by use of Msc.Super Form software.As per the analog result, by analyzing the characteristics of several forming processes, the forming project has been finally put forward. The bending, preforging, and forging moulds have been designed.
