摘要
采用有限体积法,对异形空心铝合金型材挤压过程进行了数值模拟,获得了挤压过程中材料流动速度场、应力场、应变场和挤压力等的变化规律,设计出了合理的模具。在此基础上,选取焊合室深度、焊合角以及工作带长度为因素,设计了三因素三个水平的正交试验方案,对试验方案进行了模拟虚拟试验,确定了最优水平组合,优化了模具结构。
The infinitive volume method has been employed to simulate the extrusion process of the hollow sketch aluminum profile.The changed laws of material flow velocity field, stress field, strain field and extrusion press have been obtained and a die has been designed. Orthogonal test has been used to analyze the principal factorsinfluence effective stress, effective plastic strain, and the extrusion force. Based on the analysis results, the optimal scheme for die design has been defined.
