摘要
雌性NIH小鼠每天颈背scD-半乳糖80mg/kg,连续42d,造成亚急性衰老模型。同时每天分别ig螺旋藻多糖(PSP)200、100mg/kg,能显著拮抗D-半乳精的作用,使小鼠肝、脑MAO-B活性显著降低,心、脑Na-K-ATP酶活性回升;能明显促进ConA诱导的小鼠淋巴细胞增殖转化,并使小鼠皮肤羟脯氨酸含量明显增加。提示PSP对D-半乳糖所致衰老小鼠有明显的改善作用。
The subacute aging model was established, which was induced with the dose of D-galactose 80 mg/kg by subcutaneouly administration on the female NIH mice (18~22 g) for 42 days. In order to obeerve the effects of PSP on aging model mice, the mice were received PSP 200 mg/kg,100 mg/kg respectively by ig administration at the same time of injection of D-galactose- It was found that PSP could remarkably antagonise the effects of D-galactose on the mice. The results showed that PSP could significantly inhibit the MAO-B activity of liver and brain, and increase the Na-K-ATPase activity of the heart and brain in the mice. Furthermore, PSP could obviously stimufate the splenocyte to proliferate and transform under ConA induced in vitro, as well as increase the hydroxyproline content of derml tissue in aging model mice. It is suggested that PSP may have the effect on improving the D, galactose induCed aging mice.
