摘要
研究影响全水发泡硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料性能的几种因素,如异氰酸酯指数和发泡剂,并研究了用偶联剂KH550处理玻璃微珠的方法对全水发泡硬质聚氨酯泡沫的微观形貌和压缩性能的影响。结果表明,加入经偶联剂表面处理的玻璃微珠使泡沫塑料的泡孔密度增加,泡孔直径变小,压缩强度增加。
Research is made on several factors impact on the performance of all-water rigid polyurethane foam, such as isocyanate index and foaming agent, and influence of glass bead treated by KH550 on microcosmic morphology and compression of all-water rigid polyurethane foam. The results show that: glass beads adding surface treated by KH550 makes the froth density increase, frothy diameter decrease and the compressive strength improve.
