摘要
米糠富含多种营养物质,其中菲汀在脱脂米糠中含量较高,达10%～11%。该文对从米糠中提取菲汀方法进行综述,分别介绍酸萃取碱中和法、二浸一洗提取法、酶法、超声波酸浸法、微波辅助法等方法。
There were so many valuable substances in the rice bran, phytin, one of them, was 10%-11% of defatted rice bran. In this article, the methods of extracting phytin from rice bran were summarized. And the methods of acid leaching alkaline neutralization, second soaking-a wash extraction, enzymatic extraction, ultrasoic extraction, microwave-asisted extraction were introduced.
