四川及南亚地区水稻恢复系农艺性状的比较与分析 被引量:8

摘要 本文通过对以四川地区为主的水稻恢复系和以印度为主的南亚水稻恢复系进行比较分析,结果表明:①四川品种的个体生长势大于南亚品种;②两大区域水稻品种多数农艺性状的频率分布趋势基本一致,但南亚品种性状的分布曲线变化要多样些,水稻资源要丰富些;③主成分分析,两大区域的共同特点是在第一主成分值和第二主成分中,同样贡献巨大的分别是粒数因子和穗长。不同之处是四川品种的第一主成分值由粒型因子(粒长和谷粒长宽比)的贡献十分突出,而南亚品种则不明显;第二主成分值中,四川品种的剑叶长占了各分量的第一位,而南亚品种则是粒长分量占了第一位。 The datas collected from hybrid rice restorer lines mainly developed in Sichuan and India of South Asia were analyzed. The result indicated that: ( i ) The individual growth potential of Sichuan restorer lines was greater than that of South Asia; ( ii ) Most agronomic traits frequency distribution trend of two regional rice varieties were same, but the rice variety traits curve of South Asia are more diverse and abundant rice resources ; ( iii ) In Principal Component Analysis, their common character was grain number component which made tremendous contribution in the first principal value, and panicle length contributions were important to the two regional rice varieties in the second principal value; but the differences were grain-type factor( grain length, grain length/width) contribution that was very prominent in the first principal value for Sichuan varieties while the South Asian varieties were not obvious, and the flag leaf length component was first of Sichuan varieties and grain length factor was first of South Asia in the second principal value.
