摘要
用育种中常用的籼型和粳型水稻材料,研究了F1和F2代稻谷粒形性状表现。结果表明,粒长、粒宽、粒厚和长宽比等粒形性状都是典型的数量性状,F1代粒形位于双亲值之间,其中籼籼交F1代粒形接近双亲均值,籼粳交F1代粒形位于双亲值之间而趋近粳形亲本;F2代各组合都出现了较大比例的超双亲粒形,但在籼粳交中,F2代粒形大多偏向粳型亲本,出现大量超粳型亲本粒形,只有少量超籼型亲本粒形出现。本研究对目标粒形组合和亲本材料的选育在双亲粒形的选择上具有较为重要的理论指导作用。
The grain appearance traits of F1 and F2 of Indica and Japanic rice hybrid combinations were studied. The grain appearance traits of grain length, grain width, grain thickness and length/width were typical quantitative characters. In F1 , the values of these traits all fell between the values of their two parents, and these values for the combinations of Indica/Indica were nearly the middle values of their parents, while the values for the Indica/Japanica were largely prone to the value of the Japanica parent. In F2 ,there appeared high ratio of grains,in which, values for the appearance traits were higher than the high value of parents or lower than the low value of parents, but for the combinations of Indica/Japanica, the appearance traits of most grains were largely prone to or exceed the Japanica parents and few exceed the Indica parents. The results of this study would provide vital theoretic instruction for breeding grain appearance variety by proper match of parents with specific grain appearance traits.
