摘要
对籼型杂交水稻B优827苗期进行不同PEG-6000浓度的水分胁迫处理,研究不同水分胁迫下丙二醛(MDA),O2^-产生速率,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)同功酶的变化。MDA和O2^-产生速率在轻度水分胁迫下随着胁迫时间的延长,其含量逐渐增加。重度水分胁迫下变化与轻度胁迫下变化相似,但是其含量的上升速度明显比轻度快。对中度和重度水分胁迫下0—4d的叶片进行同功酶电泳比较,发现7.5%PEG处理下,第2天开始出现SOD、POD新条带。20%PEG处理下,第4天出现SOD新条带,POD在胁迫的第1天就出现了新同功酶条带,并随着胁迫时间的增加其同功酶条带有增有减。
Hybrid rice B You 827 seedlings were treated by PEG-6000 of different concentration to investigate the variations in MDA, O2^- , superoxide dismutase (SOD)and peroxidase (POD) isozymes. The results showed that, in light water stress, the contents of MDA and O2^- increased slowly with the continuance of the stress. In severe water stress ,the contents of MDA and O2^- increased faster than that in light water stress with the continuance of the stress. The isozymes under 7.5 % and 20 % PEG for four days were detected out. new isozymes of SOD and POD began to appear at the second days of 7.5 % PEG. Under 20 % PEG, new SOD isozymes were detected at the fouth day, and POD new isozymes were detected at the first day,which were increased or reduced with the continuance of wate stress.
