摘要
虚拟经营作为一种新型的企业运作方式,具有节省成本、降低经营风险、保证企业有较高的投入产出比、能使企业运作方式高度弹性化等优势。我国中小服装企业在虚拟经营中主要存在缺乏核心竞争力、对关键性的资源掌控不足、企业间缺乏信任和未能达成"共赢"目标、对发展所需能力缺乏战略性的理解和认识、合作伙伴选择不够慎重等问题,应该通过树立正确的虚拟经营观念、加强成员间的沟通、制定规范的制度和标准、确定虚拟方向、注重文化建设和建立高效的信息系统等措施提高虚拟经营水平。
As a new type of enterprise operation, virtual management saves cost, reduces operating risk, ensures a higher input-output ratio and operates with high flexibility. The virtual management of small and medium-sized clothing enterprises in China is confronted with such weaknesses as lack of core competitiveness, shortage of critical resources, lack of trust between enterprises, lack of strategic understanding and awareness of the required development capacity, and neglect of careful partner selection. Therefore, small and medium-sized clothing enterprises should improve the virtual management by establishing a correct concept of virtual management, strengthening communication between members, formulating the system of norms and standards, determining the direction of the virtual management, focusing on cultural construction and setting up efficient information system, and so on.
