摘要 目的探讨缓释氟尿嘧啶和缓释顺铂粒子联合放射性125I粒子肿瘤内植入治疗肺癌的疗效。方法90例非小细胞肺癌患者分为三组,A组32例缓释氟尿嘧啶粒子联合125I粒子植入,B组16例用缓释顺铂粒子联合125I粒子植入,C组42例单纯接受125I粒子植入。随访6~10个月。结果A组、B组、C组有效率分别为93.7%、93.8%、73.8%。A、B两组间有效率比较无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。A、B两组与C组比较有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论缓释氟尿嘧啶和缓释顺铂粒子联合放射性125I粒子肿瘤内植入治疗肺癌的疗效显著。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of combined fluorouracil and cisplatin sustained release seed with radioactive 125I particle tumor interstitial implant to treat lung cancer. Methods 90 patients with non-small cell lung cancer were divided into 3 groups. Group A of 32 patients combined flu- orouracil sustained release seed with 125I particle to imbed, group B of 16 patients combined cisplatin sustained release seed with 125I particle to imbed, group C of 42 patients receive simple 125I particle. All three groups were followed up for 6 to 10 months. Results The effective rates of group A, B and C are 93.7% ,93.8% ,73.8% (respectively). No significant difference was found between group A and B(P 〉 0.05 ). The effective rates of group A and group B were significantly higher than of group C (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The efficacy of combined fluorouracil and cisplatin sustained release seed with radioactive 125I particle tumor interstitial implant to treat lung cancer was significant.
