摘要
结合MK8080a多功能立式磨床的结构特点和控制要求,以FANUC180i-Mb数控系统为核心,进行了磨床控制系统软、硬件的开发。通过PMC程序的开发,使数控系统、电气控制系统、伺服系统协调统一工作,以实现数控加工。并利用FANUC提供的FOCAS开发包与高级编程语言工具相结合,开发出相应的磨削控制软件,实现了加工过程的自动化。
According to the control requirements and structure features of the grinder RFSB, taking FANUC 180i-Mb as core, the hardware and software of the control system for the grinder were developed. Through the development of PMC, the CNC system, electrical control system and servo system can work in coordination and realize CNC processing. Combining the FOCAS development package offered by FANUC with the advanced programming language tools, the grinding control software was developed, which can realize automatic machining.
