摘要
介绍了在ADAMS环境下,对折剪机床进行仿真分析的方法。首先在ADAMS软件中创建机床模型,然后建立仿真边界条件和初始条件,通过对折剪机床虚拟样机模型中的关键问题进行分析研究,结果表明:折剪机床的机械系统是稳定可靠的,整个系统的装配性能、运动性能、输出力等完全满足折剪机床整体性能的要求。
The simulation and analysis method of bending-shearing machine based on ADAMS was introduced. The model of the machine was set up in ADAMS, the boundary conditions and initial conditions were established. The key problems of the virtual prototyping model of bending-shearing machine were analyzed. The result shows that the mechanical system of bending-shearing machine is credible, the performances of assembly and movement and the output value of force can satisfy the requirement of bending-shearing machine.
