摘要
该工程与目前国内已建管道相比,所使用的钢材等级最高(API—5L)X80管线钢,管径最大(1219mm),设计压力最高(12MPa)。如何保证焊接质量,是本工程的关键。在此就西气东输二线X80管线钢运用金属粉芯药芯焊丝焊接做了大量工艺试验,试验结果表明,优选高效焊接工艺、严格控制焊接过程,对于X80管线钢的焊接是可行的,同时也为类似高强度管线钢的焊接提供了可借签方法。
With present domestic the pipeline has constructed to eompare,the alloy steed used is the highest Level(APl-5L)X80 Pipeline, with the largest diameter(1219mm), and the highest design pressure(12 MPa).How to ensure the welding quality is the key to this project. The author has done a lot of tests on the Second West-East gas X80 alloy steel pipeline using the metal powder core flux-cored wire welding,test results show that high-performance welding process optimization,the strict control welding process for welding of X80 alloy steel pipeline is feasible,it provides a method for the welding of high strength steel,too.
