总结了在高寒地区进行返修的经验和技术措施。叙述了缺陷的定位、缺陷的清除、预热、改善返修焊缝处的受力状态、分段清除和分段焊接及多层多道焊等措施,保证返修的成功率。
This paper summarizes the experience and technical measures for repair of girth welds in long distance pipeline in frigid plateau region.It mainly relates the measures which ensure the success rate of repair, such as positioning and elimination of defects, preheat, improvement of state for force in repaired welds, block elimination, block welding, multi-layer and multi-pass welding.
