摘要
阐述了水相法生产氯化聚乙烯弹性体的化学反应原理和生产工艺。研究了氯化反应的温度、压力、通氯气速度、脱酸、中和、水洗、干燥等因素对产品质量的影响，以及提高产品质量的关键操作。介绍了氯化聚乙烯弹性体的性能以及在塑料、橡胶两大领域里的用途。
This paper discribed the chemical reaction mechanism and production technology of producing chlorinated polyethylene elaster in water phase, and studied the effects on product's quality by some factors such as temperature, pressure, speed of chlorine, deacidification, neutralization, water washing and drying, and also studied some key operations to improve product's quality. The properties of chlorinated polyethylene elastomer and its applications in the fields of plastic and rubber were introduced.
