摘要
提出一种能增加硬化层厚度的渗氮钢低温淬火技术,研究了硬化层的组织、渗氮温度和加热时间对20CrMnTi钢的硬化层厚度的影响.实验结果表明,硬化层是由化合物层和马氏体层组成,适当的控制工艺参数,表面硬度能达到700HV左右,硬化层厚度可达到0.20~0.30mm.
A low temperature quenching technology of nitriding steel for increasing hardening layer thickness was developed. The microstructure of hardening layer and the effect of nitriding temperature and heating time on the hardening layer thickness of 20CrMnTi steel were studied. It has been proved that the hardening layer is composed of nitride component layer and martensite layer.
