摘要
高校扩招后,图书馆流通部遇到了读者陡增与工作人员严重不足,工作量增大与读者服务质量要求越来越高等新矛盾.本文从新形势下的服务要求出发,分析了观念问题、读者素质差异以及缺乏激励机制等是影响高校图书馆流通部服务质量的主要原因,并提出了改变传统观念,提高馆员的文化素质和服务意识、完善图书流通规则、落实岗位责任制、与院系党支部通力合作,加大品德考评的力度、强化导读服务、聘用学生馆员、对流通馆员进行人文关怀等措施,来提高流通部的服务质量。
College Expansion, the library circulation department encounters a steep readers with a serious shortage of staff, the workload in- creased with "the readers more and higher quality of service requirements of new contradictions. This paper, from the new situation of service require- ments, analysis of the concept of problem, readers quality differences and the lack of incentive mechanisms that affecting the flow of university librar- ies department of the main reasons for the quality of service and proposes to change the traditional concepts, enhance the cultural quality of staff and service awareness, improve circulation rules, the implementation of post responsihility system, with the faculties party branches work together to in- crease the moral appraisal of efforts to strengthen the guidance services, employment of students librarian, librarian for the humanities on the flow of care, such as measures to improve the flow of the ministry of quality of service.
