摘要
通过对某港口集装箱岸桥吊具结构及功能的分析,采用西门子S7-300PLC及AS-i现场总线技术组成的吊具控制系统,代替原单板机与接触器控制系统,对港口集装箱岸桥吊具控制系统进行了改造,包括吊具电控系统、总线、控制软件等.改造后的吊具控制系统经过将近1年多的实际远行,故障率明显下降,生产作业量大幅度提高,取得较好的效果.
The paper introduces control system upgrading of port container bridge hanger, which consists of Siemens PLC S7-300, AS- i BUS and AS- I, taking the place of original single plank computer and contact utensil control system. With high reliability, anti-interference ability and operating efficiency of the upgraded system, malfunction rate is decreasing and the volume of production increases dramatically after the new system was put into operation for more than one year.
