摘要
目的:探讨亚甲蓝及粘弹剂在泪囊鼻腔吻合术中的应用价值。方法:对慢性泪囊炎患者21例21眼(其中6例6眼为小泪囊慢性泪囊炎)施行泪囊鼻腔吻合手术,术中应用亚甲蓝及粘弹剂。术后随访3mo～1a,观察手术疗效。结果:所有21眼中治愈19眼,好转2眼,治愈率90.5%,总有效率100.0%。其中6眼小泪囊慢性泪囊炎中治愈4眼,好转2眼。结论:亚甲蓝及粘弹剂在泪囊鼻腔吻合术中的应用可有效提高手术成功率,小泪囊慢性泪囊炎可作为泪囊鼻腔吻合术的手术适应证。
AIM： To investigate the application of methylene blue and viscoelastics in dacryocystorhinostomy. METHODS： Twenty-one cases （21 eyes） with chronic dacryocystitis （including 6 cases 6 eyes of chronic dacryocystitis small sac） were performed dacryocy- storhinostomy surgery. It applied methylene blue and viscoelastics in intraoperative. Postoperative follow-up for 3 months to 1 year to observed surgery. RESULTS. Among 21 eyes, 19 eyes were cured, 2 eyes improved, the cure rate was 90. 5%, and the total effective rate was 100%. Among 6 small sacs in chronic dacryocystitis 4 cases were cured, 2 cases improved. CONCLUSION. Application of methylene blue and viscoelastics in dacryocystorhinostomy can increase the success rate of surgery. Small sac in chronic dacryo- cystitis can be used as dacryocystorhinostomy surgical indications.
