摘要
目的:研究中西医结合治疗新生儿泪囊炎的效果。方法:序贯选取我院门诊患者58例(67眼),根据病情采用泪囊区按摩、加压冲洗及泪道探通的方法进行治疗,在加压冲洗及泪道探通法中加用鱼腥草滴眼液及地塞米松注射液的混合液。结果:所有患者均治愈,其中通过泪囊区按摩后治愈2眼(3.0%),通过加压冲洗治愈11眼(16.4%),通过泪道探通法治愈54眼(80.6%)。结论:新生儿泪囊炎患者可通过适当的疗法获得满意的治疗效果。所有疗法均无并发症出现。
AIM ： To investigate the effect of combination therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for neonatal dacryocystitis. METHODS, Fifty-eight cases （67eyes） were treated with three methods, The press irrigation of lacrimal passage was performed with neonatal dacrystitis which were ineffective in dacryocyst massage. If still there was no effect,probing of lacrimal passage was done. Mixed drop of Houttuynia and DXM was used in press irrigation of lacrimal passage method and probing of lacrimal passage method. RESULTS： Two eyes（3.0% ）were cured by dacryocyst massage, eleven eyes （16. 4% ）by press irrigation of lacrimal passage ,and fifty-four eyes （80.6%） by probing of lacrimal passage. All dacrystitis were cured. CONCLUSION. Satisfaction can be received by different methods to all neonatal dacryocystitis individuals. All methods have no significant complications.
