制备工艺对胃平分散片制酸力影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的优化胃平分散片的制备工艺,提高其制酸力。方法采用酸碱滴定法测定胃平分散片的制酸力,筛选令胃平分散片制酸力强的制备工艺。结果采用氢氧化铝与乳糖(1∶0.3)混合,以65%乙醇制粒,干燥后再与其他成分干颗粒混合压片,所得的片制酸力较强。结论制备工艺对胃平分散片制酸力构成影响,优化制备工艺可提高胃平分散片的制酸力。 Objective To optimize the production processes of Weiping dispersible tablets, and to promote its antacid effect. Methods The antacid effect of Weiping dispersible tablets was determined by neutralization method. The production process that made antacid effect better for Weiping dispersible tabbies was selected. Results The compressed tablet that use mixed aluminum hydroxide and lactose ( 1 : 0. 3 ) , with 65% ethanol granulation, drying and then dry granules mixed with other ingredients, had better antacid effect. Conclusion The antacid effect of Wingping dispersible tablets can be influenced by its production process. To optimize its production process can made the antacid effect of Weiping dispersible tablets better.
