摘要 利用有限元软件ANSYS建立了套管承受单向挤扁荷载的非线性大变形分析模型,分析了不同工况下多种规格套管工作应力与变形的关系。分析结果表明,随着服役年限的增长,套管变形经历着一个从弹性变形到塑性变形的时间历程,通过测量套管变形的径缩比能够有效地预测套管的服役状态。该分析为现场采取合理有效的套管损坏预防措施提供了可靠的依据。 By means of finite element software ANSYS to establish the casing analyse model with effects of nonlinear large deformation caused by bearing unidirectional extrusion load, the relationship between working stress and deformation of easing in various sizes was investigated under different working conditions. The results show that with the growth of service life, casing deformation experiences a time history from elastic deformation to plastic deformation. Based on the measured diameter contraction ratios of casing deformation, service condition can be exactly predicted. The analyse provided reliable references for taking effective measures to prevent casing damage.
