摘要
每年1次连续7a夏季对烟台海滨潮间带的沙滩、泥沙滩、岩石滩、泥沙砾石滩及海港码头(岩石、泥沙底质)5种生境的无脊椎动物群落进行了定时、定点取样调查。经鉴定共有无脊椎动物128种。经Berger-Parker优势度指数测定,主要优势种为东方小藤壶Chthamaluschalengeri、短滨螺Litorinabrevicula、异白樱蛤Macomaincongrus、托氏螺Umboniumthomasi、菲律宾蛤仔Ruditapesphilippinarum跳钩虾Orchestiasp.等。Simpson优势集中性指数测定显示各生境固着生活型亚群落及爬行生活型亚群落优势集中性在下降,泥沙滩中的底内生活型亚群落优势集中性在增强。经Shannon-Wiener多样性指数测定,无脊椎动物群落的多样性、均匀度、种类丰富度及个体数量在急剧下降。这主要是沿海工业废水和生活污水的污染、不合理的滩涂开发以及人为的过度采集造成的。
The invertebrate community and its diversity in the intertidal zone in Yantai have been studied.The results show that there were 128 species of invertebrates there.The dominant species of invertebrates were Chthamalus challenger,Pycnodonta Plicatula,Ruditapes philippinrum,Macoma incongrua,Umbonium thomasi and Orchestia sp.The diversity showed a droping trend as time order.However,the community diversity of invertebrates living in the silt was rising slightly.The diversity of the habitates in rock and gravel was larger than that in other places. The principal component affecting the diversity was species richness in rock,and species evenness in the sand and seaport.
