摘要
从团队层次分析领导信任对知识员工行为及团队绩效的影响作用.对来自高科技组织59个知识工作团队共计426份上下级配对的有效问卷进行分析,研究结果表明,对知识工作团队领导的信任可以显著提升团队的有效性,包括团队成员知识分享等人际公民行为的增加以及团队绩效的提高;团队领导信任还可以通过增加团队人际公民行为,进而显著提高团队绩效.
It makes analysis about the effects of trust in leader on knowledge worker' s behavior and team performance from team level. Data were collected from 426 employee-leader dyads of 59 knowledge-based work teams. The results indicate that trust in leader was positively related to knowledge-based work team' s effectiveness, such as increasing interpersonal citizenship behavior and team performance. In addition, interpersonal citizenship behavior performes a role aS the partial mediator in the relationship between trust in leader and team performance.
