摘要
研发外包是企业在开放式创新环境下,整合外部技术资源、降低研发成本、提高研发速度的一种新型研发模式.本文从战略角度划分效率型和创新型研发外包模式,探讨研发外包的知识密集性、控制复杂性和系统集成性三大特征,提出"方案分析、架构设计、模块分包、分包研发、调试检测、跟踪完善"六阶段的外包流程模型,并结合X集团汽车制造案例,进行了详细的验证和分析,为研发外包理论框架提供借鉴和指导.
With the open innovation environment, R&D outsourcing is a new R&D mode taken by enterprises to integrate outside technology resources, reduce R&D cost, and increase R&D speed. First, it divides R&D outsourcing into two kinds of efficiency-oriented and innovation-oriented from strategy perspective, and discusses its three characteristics of knowledge denseness, control complexity, and system integration. Then, it builds an outsourcing six-step process model. Last, it validates and analyses the research with the case study of an automobile corporation group. The conclusions provide reference and guidance for R&D outsourcing research framework.
