摘要
教学质量是高校生存和发展的根本,学生评教是高校教学质量监控与评教的必要环节和教学管理的重要手段.本文侧重阐述了了高校学生评教工作的重要作用,分析了目前影响学生评教的因素,进而提出了针对学生评教工作中存在问题的改进措施.
Teaching quality is the foundation of which universities and colleges exist and develop. As the integrant quality monitoring and teaching management, student rating of teaching effectiveness （SRTE） is important to take a equitable evaluation to the teachers who teaching university student at the same time. The vital function, the influencing factor, the open question and the corrective measure of student rating of teaching effectiveness were discussed in this paper.
