摘要
用端羟基聚丁二烯齐聚物(HTPB)作为软段,以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI),1,4-丁二醇(BDO)作为硬段合成了聚氨酯弹性体,用FT-IR、WAXD、SAXA、DSC和回弹性实验对聚合物的性能进行了表征。结果表明,聚合物具有微相分离的特征,硬段微区尺寸为40×10-10~100×10-10m。受热史对聚合物的玻璃化温度有较大的影响,随着硬段含量的增加而变大。
The morphology and properties of segmented polybutadienepolyurethane elastomers consisting of HTPB as the soft segment and TDI extented with 1,4butanediol as the hard segments were studied by means of FTIR, WAXD, SAXA, DSC and elastic behavior test. The results show that the materials have microphase separat structure, many hydrogen bonding exist in the hard segment domains, the size of hard segment domain appear distribution of 40×10-10  ̄100×10-10 , 100×10-10  ̄200×10-10 , 200×10-10  ̄350×10-10 m and so on. The domaintive size are 40×10-10  ̄100×10-10 m. Glass transition temperature goes up with the hard segment content increase. Heat history affect on glass transition of polymers apparently.
