摘要
由于引水管道内的水流状态较复杂,进水口钢衬在水电站的运行过程中将承受巨大的动水压力,如果钢衬与周边混凝土不能共同传递水压,钢衬很容易失稳破坏,进而影响电站的安全稳定运行。为有效充填钢衬外壁与混凝土之间的缝隙,使钢衬结构能更好地与混凝土和围岩共同工作,通常采用接触灌浆方法进行。主要介绍龙滩水电站左岸大坝进水口钢衬接触灌浆的施工方案及工艺,对灌溉效果进行了评价。
For complicated flow pattern in the diversion pipe,the steel linings at the intake could bear high pressure of the dynamic flow.If the steel linings can not transfer the pressure with the surrounding concrete,they may be damaged easily and the safety and stable operation of hydropower station will be impacted.Normally,contact grouting is adopted to fill the gaps between the outer wall and the concrete for making the operation well of steel linings with concretes and surrounding rock mass.This paper presents the construction scheme and technology of contact grouting for steel linings at the intake of Longtan Hydropower Station on left bank and an assessment on the grouting effect.
