摘要
[目的]筛选绣球的最佳扦插基质。[方法]以珍珠岩、蛭石和泥炭为原料,配制7种不同的扦插基质:①珍珠岩;②蛭石;③泥炭;④珍珠岩∶蛭石=1∶1;⑤珍珠岩∶泥炭=1∶1;⑥蛭石∶泥炭=1∶1;⑦珍珠岩∶蛭石∶泥炭=1∶1∶1,比较不同基质中绣球插穗的生根率、生根条数和生根长度。[结果]处理⑦、⑥、④插穗的生根率均为100%,显著高于其他处理;处理⑥插穗的平均生根条数(50.83条)显著多于其他处理;处理⑦插穗根最长(4.17 mm),且与其他处理差异极显著(P<0.01),处理6插穗根最短(2.03 mm);处理②插穗的生根率最低,平均生根条数最少。[结论]泥炭可促进绣球插穗生根,而珍珠岩∶蛭石∶泥炭=1∶1∶1的基质可促进绣球插穗根的伸长生长。
[ Objective ] The study was to screen the optimum cutting substrate for hydrangea L.. [ Method ] With perlite, vermiculite and peat as the materials, 7 kinds of cutting substrates such as (1) perlite ; (2) vermiculite ; (3) peat ; (4) perlite : vermiculite = 1 : 1 ; (5) perlite : peat = 1 : 1 ; (6) vermiculite:peat = 1:1 ; (7) perlite:vermiculite:peat = 1:1:1 were prepared, and the rooting rate, number and length of roots of the cuttings in different suhstrates were compared. [ Result] The rooting rates of cuttings in treatments of (7), (6), (4) all reached 100%, being significantly higher than those in other treatments. The number of roots of cuttings in treatment (6) (50. 83 roots. ) was significantly more than those in other treatments. The length of roots of cuttings in treatment (7) was the longest, being very significantly different with that in other treat ments. The number of roots of cuttings in treatment (2) was the least with the lowest rooting rate. [ Conclusion] The peat could promote rooting of cuttings of Hydrangea L. , and the substrates that perlite:vermiculite:peat = 1:1:1 could promote the elongation growth of the roots of cuttings of Hydrangea L. .
