摘要
对Al2O3/Cu复合材料进行电滑动磨损试验,并对磨损后的试样表面进行了微观组织观察与分析。结果表明,Al2O3/Cu复合材料在磨损过程中,无加载电流时磨损机制主要为粘着磨损和磨粒磨损,载流条件下磨损机制主要为粘着磨损、磨粒磨损和电烧蚀磨损。在载流条件下,Al2O3/Cu复合材料表层有明显的塑性变形,这促进了裂纹的产生和扩展,并伴有电烧蚀和熔融转移。随着电流的增大电烧蚀越严重,磨损进程加快。
The worn surface morphology of electric sliding wear Al_2O_3/Cu composites was observed by OM(optical microscope)and SEM(scanning electron microscope).It is concluded that during the wearing process of Al_2O_3/Cu composites,the wear mechanism is characterized by adhesive wear and abrasive wear without current,while it is characterized by adhesive wear,abrasive wear and electrical erosion in the condition of current.Obvious plastic deformation on the surface of Al_2O_3/Cu composites can be observed in case of current,which can accelerate the creation and propagation of crack with electric erosion and transfer of fused mass.The wearing process is more serious with increasing in current as a result of more and more serious electric erosion.
