摘要
提出了创新的环锭纺三维加捻三角区理论,研究认为,在三维加捻三角区形成的圈向毛羽是后加工时形成再生毛羽、毛粒以及增加毛羽长度的主要原因。根据这一理论,提出了全新的半紧密纺技术,比较传统环锭纺及紧密纺,半紧密纺再生毛羽少,能大量减少毛粒,成纱结构合理,织物服用性能好,且不增加能耗,加装改造方便,操作性强,维护成本低,是解决实际生产问题的理想方案。
An innovation theory of three dimensional twisting delta area of ring spinning is put forward. It holds that the hairiness formed in this three dimensional twisting delta area is the main cause to form regenerated hairiness and to enlong the hairiness length. Based on this theory a new semi - compact spinning is put forward which can reduce regenerated hairiness and improve the formed yarn structure and fabric performance. It will not increase its energy and easy to be reformed and operated with low cost. It is an idea technique to optimize the practical oroduction.
