微血管性心绞痛31例临床分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨微血管性心绞痛的临床特征、诊断、治疗和预后。方法对31例具有典型心绞痛发作患者,常规行心电图、24 h动态心电图、平板运动试验检查及冠状动脉造影及左室造影检查。结果静息心电图9例正常,22例有缺血性ST-T改变,冠状动脉造影、左室造影、超声心动图31例均正常;31例心绞痛发作或运动时ST段压低;平板运动试验31例均阳性。结论微血管性心绞痛是由于小冠状动脉扩张贮备降低或异常收缩而导致的心肌缺血。诊断需结合临床表现、心电图、平板运动试验等无创性检查及冠脉造影结果。对硝酸酯类和β-受体阻滞剂效果好。
