Zhu-Gan-zi was the props which had been held by the court music and dance performers named Can-Jun- se in Song Dynasty. It was originated in the flags and banners which had been used to lead the dance in the ancient times. In the course of its development, it was influenced by the traditional Tibetan dance "Re- Ba" whose props was the tail of yak. This effect happened in Tubo period and been introduced into the court of Han nationality through the western regions. Therefore it was regarded as an important example of the history of dissemination of art between the Han nationality and the Tibetan nationality.
