摘要
目的更好地开发利用牛膝(Achyranthes bidentata Bl.)。方法采用硅胶吸附柱色谱、HPLC等手段进行分离;根据理化性质及NMR、MS谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果分离鉴定了8个化合物,分别为姜状三七苷R1(zingibroside R1,1)、竹节参皂苷Ⅳa(chikusetsusaponin Ⅳa,2)、去葡萄糖竹节参皂苷Ⅳa(deglucose chikusetsusaponin Ⅳa,3)、齐墩果酸(oleanolic acid,4)、28-norolean-17-en-3-ol(5)、京尼平苷(geniposide,6)、蔗糖(sucrose,7)、葡萄糖(glucose,8)。结论化合物5、6为首次从牛膝中分离得到;化合物5、6的13C-NMR谱数据为首次进行归属。
Objective To isolate the terpenoids constituents from root of Achyranthes bidentata B1. and identify their strucures. Methods Solvent extraction together with column chromatography was used to isolate chemical constituents. Spectroscopic analysis was employed for structural identification. Results Eight compounds were identified as: zingibroside R1( 1 ), chikusetsusaponin Ⅳ a (2), deglucose chikusetsusaponin Ⅳ a ( 3 ), oleanolic acid ( 4 ), 28-norolean-17-en-3-ol ( 5 ), geniposide ( 6 ), sucrose ( 7 ), glucose ( 8 ). Conclusions Compouds 5,6 are first isolated from root of Achyranthes bidentata B1. and the ^13C-NMR data of there two compounds are first assigned.
