摘要
在聚合物精密挤出加工过程中,为了使失重式计量加料系统更加精确地测量进料量,本文提出了改进型限幅-递推滤波算法,进一步降低了运行过程中周期与非周期干扰信号对测试数据的影响。即对料斗中物料重量实测值线性回归获得理论挤出流量值,与限幅-递推平均滤波算法结合。在精密生产线的测试控制系统PLC中嵌入该算法程序,发现与原限幅-递推滤波算法相比,改进后的滤波算法使得进料量测试精度提高3倍,测量偏差缩小到1.2%,明显提高了挤出流量的测量精度。
An improved amplitude limited-recursive average filtering algorithm has been developed in order to filter out both periodic and aperiodic interfering signals in precise-extrusion processing of polymers, in order to improve the accuracy of feed inlet measuring for the weight-loss meter-feeding system. A theoretical extrusion flux value was calculated in real time by means of linear regression between weight of extrusion material and time, which can be ~ntegrated with a conventional amplitude-recursive average algorithm. The reformed algorithm was embedded in the programmable logic control (PLC) system of a laboratory-scale precise extrusion line. Experiments showed that the revised algorithm allowed deviation in measurements to be reduced to 1.2 %, an improvement by a factor of more than three on the effect obtained using the conventional algorithm for the precision of the feed inlet.
