摘要
通过Molau实验、密度测定、二甲苯萃取物的IR分析以及DSC、SEM等手段,对尼龙1010/HDPE-g-MAH共混体系的界面形态和结晶行为进行了研究。结果表明,共混体系为热力学不相容体系;在熔融共混过程中,尼龙1010和HDPE-g-MAH发生化学反应,生成的接枝共聚物起到了共混体系相容剂的作用,分散和界面形态明显改善;共混体系中两相的结晶行为也受到影响,尼龙组分的熔融热焓明显下降。
Using Molau test, density measurement, IR analysis of the xylene extract fraction of blends, DSC and SEM, the interfacial morphology and crystallization behavior of PA1010/HDPEgMAH(maleic anhydride grafting HDPE) blending systems were investigated. The results show that the two components in blends are incompatible thermodynamically. The grafted copolymer resulted from the reaction between PA1010 and HDPEgMAH during melt blending act as compatibilizer, improving dispersion and interfacial morphology of blends obviously. The crystallization behavior of two components in PA1010/HDPEgMAH blending system was also affected by the interactions between two phases. Compared with pure PA1010, the ΔHf of PA1010 components in PA1010/HDPEgMAH blending system decreased obviously, while its Tc increased.
