摘要
为完善百合鳞片繁殖技术体系,研究了GA3I、BA以及锯木屑、草炭两种基质不同培养方式对东方百合‘Sorbonne’鳞片繁殖的影响。结果表明,锯木屑埋片为最佳培养方式。各处理因子的影响效力为植物生长调节剂种类>浓度>处理时间。IBA处理极显著提高了鳞片繁殖系数、平均级数和小鳞茎生根数,其中200mg/kg的IBA浸泡鳞片2 h为增加小鳞茎数量的最佳处理,20℃下培养比16℃下培养IBA的作用效果更为显著。低温贮藏增大了小鳞茎直径。GA3处理有利于形成个体较大的小鳞茎,但在本试验条件下,若只考虑鳞茎大小这一种指标,无须使用植物生长调节剂处理鳞片。
For perfecting the scale propagation technologyoSystem of lily, effects of GA3 and IBA as well as two mediums in different cultivated ways on scale propagation of lily cv. ‘Sorbonne' were studied. The results showed that imbedded in moist sawdust is the best method for scale propagation. Effects of 3 treatment factors were in the order of growth regulators, concentration and duration of scale soaking, respectively. IBA increased the propagation cofficient, average grade and the number of roots significantly, especially the treatment, which soaking scales for 2 h in the IBA solution with concentration of 200 mg/kg, improved the amount of bulblets obviously. Furthermore, incubating scales at 20°C was more favorable for the effects of IBA than that at 16°C. Cold storage increased the diameter of bulblets. And GA3 treatments can produce larger bulblet, but if we only take into account the size of bulblet, it is need not to use growth regulator.
