摘要
教师心像是教师内心所具有的对教育教学现实和未来世界的内在影像,是教师教学意义的源泉、动机的基础和行动的依据。教师心像最大的特点在于其教育性。对幼儿教育而言,教师心像不仅决定教师的教育视野、教育教学行为的可能性与特征、师幼交往的深度和方式、教师和教学内容之间的关系、教师的情绪状态,还提供了研究幼儿教师专业成长和教育教学行为的新视角。
Teacher's inner images are vivid pictures inside teacher's mind. They are the headstream of meaning, basis of motivation and foundation of teaching activities. The inner images of teachers have the main specific characteristics of the meaning of education. According to the preschool education, inner images have not only decided to the teacher's sight, the possibility and characteristics of teaching, the degree and methods of intercourse between teacher-child, the relation between teachers and content of courses, teacher's motions, but also broadened the new vision of preschool teacher's professional development and teaching activities.
