摘要
科学发展观是我们党运用马克思主义世界观方法论推进发展理论创新的结晶。学习实践科学发展观,要通过党的执政能力建设来体现,党的执政能力建设又为学习实践科学发展观提供保证。二者互为条件,相互促进,共同统一于建设中国特色社会主义的伟大实践和党的建设新的伟大工程之中。
The scientific concept of development is the result of employing Marxist world view to promote economic progress. The new concept is shaped by,and shapes,the Party＇s administrative power. The mutual support of the two aspects is conducive to the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
